Policy
PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFO!
OUR RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on any puppy unless there is a documented medical reason that makes it impossible for the owner to keep the pup (e.g., a severe allergy to pet dander confirmed by a medical professional). You must notify us within 72 hours of taking your puppy home if a medical condition prevents you from keeping your pup. If a return is approved due to a documented medical reason, there will be a $500 restocking fee to cover the inconvenience and costs associated with rehoming the puppy. This fee is non-negotiable.
REHOMING SERVICES
If you find yourself in a situation where you absolutely must rehome your puppy for reasons not related to a medical condition, we offer a rehoming service to ensure your pup is placed in a responsible, loving home. This service comes with a fee equal to half of the original purchase price of the puppy. The fee covers our time, resources, and efforts in finding a suitable new home for your pup.
FINAL COMMITMENT
By purchasing a puppy from Plush Pups By Reeds, you acknowledge that you are making a long-term commitment to your new furry companion. We strongly encourage all potential buyers to consider their lifestyle, financial situation, and ability to care for a pet before making a purchase.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the well-being of our puppies!
TOYS + FEEDING
TOYS + FEEDING We recommend Hills Science Diet kibble puppy food. Our go-to sugar sources are FortiCal, NutriCal, or Corn Syrup. This helps treat hyperglycemia, which is common with small-breed dogs.
Snuggle Puppy toys help reduce anxiety for your new pup and KONG Brand soft plush toys are best recommended for small-breed dogs.

Health Guarantee
At Plush Pups by Reeds, we proudly certify that each puppy is in sound health at the time of sale, to the best of our knowledge. All puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming protocols, as documented in the health record provided at pickup or delivery.
We are committed to setting every pup up for a healthy future, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to continue all necessary booster vaccinations, deworming, and routine veterinary care.
Health Guarantee Coverage
To be eligible for a replacement puppy under our health guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
-
A written diagnosis from a licensed, independent veterinarian must be submitted, clearly stating the presence of a hereditary or genetic condition that will significantly shorten the puppy’s lifespan.
-
This report must be accompanied by the veterinarian’s contact information and submitted directly to Plush Pups by Reeds.
-
In the unfortunate event of a puppy’s passing, an autopsy report from a licensed veterinarian must confirm that a genetic defect was the cause of death. A full report and veterinarian contact details are required.
Please note: Plush Pups by Reeds is not responsible for any veterinary or diagnostic expenses incurred by the buyer.
